Can we provide a platform with relatively unlimited resources, working 24/7, and cover areas where students go? 

 

Our idea is to provide a platform for students to leverage when they need company to walk back from campus to their home. Existing services like Campus shuttle and Safe Walk program are limited to certain areas and time due to resource crunch. Hence our platform combines safety and community (“sharing”) with no cost, does not currently exist in the market. 

 

• More than 35% of students return back from campus after 11 PM everyday

• Around 34% say they stay back late for 3-4 days per week.

• We started with an idea that students usually live around campus and a common platform to connect for commute would be easier.

• 95% of students said that they reside in an area where other students also live in.

• A perfect user group who can easily leverage a platform to find, connect and walk as a group during after hours instead of commuting alone.
